I'd be very happy with storms but they're very doubtful not tonight anyway, the models are too messy which isn't a good sign.
Theres a trough in the early hours which could change things.
CAPE and LI are very high, theres hardly any moisture in the air and the atmospheres capped so if there are storms they will be very isolated.
If there was moisture then we'd be getting massive fuck off storms with big hail, and possible tornadoes.
The energy is there but with no moisture to trigger updafts/convection it's not going to happen.
Put your BBQ's back.
